We may collect and process the following personal data: name; contact (email, phone number); information related to projects and camp participation (e.g. preferences or special requirements); other information voluntarily provided via the registration form. Providing the requested personal data is necessary for participation and invoicing the service.

Personal data is collected directly from the data subject through the registration form.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or to comply with legal obligations. After this period, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized for statistical purposes.

The registration is completed by a parent or legal guardian. The guardian confirms that they consent to the participation of the minor and the processing of their personal data for camp purposes.
